All products sold on VidhikGyan.in are digital and downloadable. Once purchased, they are instantly delivered or made available via email, direct download, or user account access.
❌ No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the product is delivered or downloaded.

✅ When Refunds May Be Considered
Refunds may only be considered in the following rare cases:
- You were charged twice for the same product
- You received a damaged or unreadable file, and we couldn’t replace it
- You made the payment but didn’t receive access even after 48 hours (and support team fails to resolve it)
To raise a refund request in such cases, email us within 3 days of purchase at vidhikgyan@gmail.com with:
- Order ID
- Registered Email Address
- Payment Proof
- Explanation of the issue

If you did not receive your eBook, PDF, or test file within 30 minutes of payment, please check:
- Your spam or promotion folder
- Your “My Account” dashboard on our website
- Or contact us via email/WhatsApp for assistance
We are happy to help you manually send the file again if needed.
🕒 Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days via the same payment method.
